Orders
When you pay through our Stripe checkout, you are placing an order. We confirm it by email, and the contract is formed when we do. Prices are in pounds sterling. Candles are £30 each, delivery included. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
Made to order
Candles are hand-poured to order and normally dispatched within about 1-2 weeks. Delivery is tracked and UK only. See Delivery.
Subscriptions
A subscription costs £25 a month, charged monthly by Stripe, for one candle a month with UK delivery included. The scent each month is chosen by us as a scent-of-the-month rotation, with seasonal scents offered to subscribers first. You can cancel at any time and will not be charged after cancelling. We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days' notice, and you can cancel before it applies.

Your rights are set out in our Returns & refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Using our candles safely
Burn candles on a heat-resistant surface, never leave one unattended, and keep them away from children, pets and flammable items. We are not liable for harm caused by not following the burn instructions provided.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for anything the law does not allow us to exclude, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
